Ingenious conversion of a locally listed community building into 14 flats and a commercial space

We made it a priority to retain the façade of this locally listed community building while constructing a steel frame structure that marries old and new designs. The four-storey building delivers 14 high quality flats, including a wheelchair-accessible unit and adaptable residences, with sound insulation, energy conservation, and accessibility compliance. Air quality is controlled by a mechanical heat recovery system, and photovoltaic panels provide renewable energy. Upper flats boast spacious layouts with views of Canary Wharf.
