Transforming a key site beside the New Bermondsey regeneration project into 12 flats

LHW is overseeing this project’s evolution from a former Victorian era, two-storey commercial building on a prominent corner site to a new design direction. The first phase introduced a four-storey (plus basement) mixed use development comprising 8 flats, commercial space, and basement parking. Subsequent planning approvals converted 2 commercial units to residential flats and added 2 floors, bringing the total number to 12. We are now investigating the possibility of an upward extension in line with nearby high-rise developments.
